I received a coupon in the mail for this company. It stated $ 34.95 or we will beat or match any competitors price. This was the price for the Dryer Vent Cleaning. The coupon also stated Full house air vent duct cleaning special 34.95 all unlimited vents - with this you can get either - free dryer vent cleaning - free return duct - free air duct deodorizer. Two foreign men arrived at my door after I made an appointment - did not have any equipment with them except a clip board. Asked me where the dryer was - I showed them - they asked me for my coupon and stated The it is now full price. Not the $ 34.95 as advertised. The coupon does not have an expiration on it. The one with the clip board asked me where the outside vent was I told him - he then began writing figures on a piece of paper - $ 20.00 for this $ 25.00 for that etc, needless to say when he was up around $ 70.00 dollars and still putting number on his paper I asked both of them to leave - then would not get out of my house until I threatened to call the police. When they were finally leaving I tried to close my front door and the one put his foot in the door so I could not shut the door. I then told him to get his foot out of the door or I was going to call the police. When they left my property - I received a phone call from 609-703-7100 - asking me why I just made his two men leave my house - when I told him that they were trying to rip me off - he hung up on me. Do not use this company - false advertising - and a scam - the one guy was looking around my house like he was sizing it up as the other one wrote on his clip board.
