Chris came out to fix several issues on our house and we have a written bid and agreement with him. He needed to order parts which he said would take 3 to 4 days. So we agreed to pay him 100% of the money even though he hadn't replaced our window or finished out downspouts per our agreement. We called Chris 4 or 5 times and left voicemails with no response over the course of 2 months. We finally sent a letter telling him we would be writing reviews online with our feedback. He called us and promised to come out that week but never did. After 3 months of promises, excuses, and dodging. He never came to finish the job we paid him for. The minute Chris at AAA Roofing/Remodling, LLC is paid. He will be gone. Period. We were so nice to him and don't understand why he is still in business in such a small town. It's unfortunate but what he has in ability he lacks in integrity.

This man is well known to take people’s deposit and leave them high and dry. Don’t take my word for it. All you need to do is to google “Christopher Biknius”. You’ll find a 1/8/2008 article in the Pittsburgh Tribune Review about how he was charged for Theft by Deception. Me? I waited 7 months for Chris Biknius to do the work he promised to do and it still didn't get done. He had plenty of lame excuses. I learned too late, but it’s not too late for you. Whether he goes by AAA Roofing / Remodeling or Done Right Roofing & Remodeling, the Pittsburgh Better Business Bureau will tell you, this is not somebody to trust. It’s been two weeks since I demanded my money back…all I got was an e-mail saying “kiss my ass”.
