|Over a year ago I placed any order of live plants and live fish and live frogs for over $1500. Half the live stock arrived dead, and all the plants died within a month. This was never resolved. Last month I placed a small order of plants and live stock, the order was incomplete 3x, then they shipped the same plants labeled as different species, still the order was incomplete. Then they ignored my emails. Then they finally shipped the livestock, but on purpose shipped the animals ground knowing fully well they will not survive the trip and perish, which they all did. Upon reviewing the BBB website there score was a F from dozens of dozens of hurt customers. I brought this to there attention an I was sent this disrespectful and belittling email falsely accusing me of being rude and harassing, you can read below.|
Buyers beware, they have no respect for customers, regulating agencies, and most importantly living animals. They will literally send dead and dying live stock for the sake of profit and blatantly call you Jerks and belittle you if you complain. Here is there email response to any complaints: Really Octavio? What is going on with you? Looking into the BBB to find out dirt on our company? We are not members of the BBB because the they are a B.S. organization that does absolutely nothing for businesses except take outrageous annual fees and screw over small businesses reputations. So, when a customer has a complaint, we do not respond through them. Mostly because customers complaining, are usually only complaining about non legitimate gripes over shipping costs because people don't know how to read or are just not willing to read our site. We have nearly 800,000 customers, but if you want to focus on the handful of jerks out there, then so be it, but you know we have always taken such good care of you and always eager to please you. With your last order, Jamie made an honest mistake by shipping your goods Ground when they should have gone 2day. It was an error and she felt terrible about it, but your emails have been ridiculous over this and so demanding. We don't roll this way out here. If you can't accept that we are human and want to demand things from us without being polite, then you need to go elsewhere, I'd rather refund you than deal with someone that is going to add stress to our lives. Otherwise, I will simply reship your order, and I will make sure that it goes out the correct way on Tuesday via 2day UPS. But you cannot treat us this way, not me man, I was on team Octavio. ???????
