Received a 'unknown' phone call this morning. I talked with a guys voice just in case some telemarker iwas looking for me, a female. Well it was Jason from ACS who sounded American & needed to talk to Deb. I asked why for the call so I could tell 'Deb'. I was able to get a little info. The state is doing a inquest for Deb because of some debt to be collected & needed her social secuity number. I told Jason that I will tell her that he called but I don't think anyone would give out a stranger their SS#. Then I got nervous as I was laid off for a year & 4 months until I got a 1099 part time job a few months ago. I know I owe $50 to one Doctor & still paying off my state taxes which is down to less than $200 so of course I was scared. Then pulled up the scam report & a couple other online web sites to find ACS is a SCAM, big time. Read many stories of harrassment & threats.

Read different stories that tACS uses different ruses like unpaid Pay Day loans that you never paid back.

Well, by chance I have done ONE pay day loan for $200 & paid it the next week. Then I had to alert my bank as after I used them I researched them online & they are scammers as well. Taking money with no authoration from peoples bank account even after the loan was paid back. In some cases this happened years after the loan was paid back to a few people's stories.

I think the Payday site is working with ACS to get some more of my money.

Very happy we have scam reports to be able to find the truth & not to be nervous all day. The number they used was 813-995-6191. The address I found for them online was in Little Rock, AR. & I live in MA. So if anyone gets any calls from ACS I suggest you just hang up. Some of the stories I read is that ACS has called peoples's friends, their job ect & threatening in many ways.
