Action Towing and Recovery, Inc. owner Stuart Wolf with addresses in Hammonton, Mays Landing and Dorothy New Jersey is a scam! This company was contracted for snow removal services. The owner signed contract and submitted Certificate of Insurance pertaining to snow removal. Damages were caused by his trucks during snow removal in 2009. The owner acknowledged damages and stated repairs will be done in Spring of 2009. The owner never did repairs. His insurance company was contacted and they stated that he is not covered for snow removal. My employer filed a law-suit but Stuart Wolf stated he has no money. This company and owner are a scam. This company and owner are now out of business. Lesson learned---always confirm COI with a contractors insurance company before services are performed!
