ADMIRAL ROOFING hired us to market their company on the internet and that is exactly what we did! The owner, Shannon Killebrew of Admiral Roofing is an individual that compares to no one that we have ever dealt with before! We have serviced thousands of companies and she is the only one who has been abusive, aggressive, unreasonable and just down right incompetent. Admiral Roofing signed up with us late May 2011. Within 21 days of service, their listing was active on the Internet (as usual.) We got them 1st page listings on every major search engine that exist! Not only that, but they had 1st page rankings for more than 15 keyword phrases when they only paid for 5! (More than they were expecting!) What we succeeded to do for them was beyond their expectations and/or paid for! This Shannon Killebrew was nothing less of Unstable as she SCREAMED and SCARED our entire staff with her unwarranted, unreasonable complaints. That is when I had to come into the picture and find out why this lady was just plain Nasty, Demanding and Threatening? She then proceeded to explain that he did not understand what she actually signed up for? (again, not very bright.) I diplomatically explained the situation and even graciously explained to her what our company was doing for her and what she actually had paid us to do for her! She was completely irrational, irate and uncooperative. I gladly sent her an e-mail with all the work we successfully completed for her company. I even had our client service staff provide her with recorded business calls (11) that she received from the result of our marketing. Yes we got her company nearly a dozen business phone calls in less than 1 month from prospects (residential and commercial for entire roofing jobs!) Let me tell you folks, this is what every company dreams of having. A company that not only does what they say their going to do, (but an affordable, successful marketing service that actually works!) One Box Listings is a Class Act. We have the best product on the market at the absolute best price and we pride ourselves on being honest with hard work with integrity. It is just so unbelievable that we serve thousands of Clients and this one unstable lady is the only person that doesnt have the sense enough to realize how great she had it! She was unjust, uncooperative and unruly. Just for the record, we have since turned this matter over to our corporate attorney as we will not be subject to anyone trying to get away with be-smudging our name, hard work and integrity! I experienced the Nightmare of doing business with Shannon Killebrew! A principle of Admiral Roofing! She is an individual that compares to no one that we have ever dealt with! In the decades of doing business, Admiral Roofing is the only company that can honestly think of as being the most unprofessional and incompetent I have ever experienced. Shannon Killebrew was nothing short of Unstable as she was recorded SCREAMING and SCARING our entire staff verbally! After being nasty, unpredictable and unprofessional she actually tried to extort us! (And we have the recorded proof for anyone who would like to witness this?)
