I PURCHASED ADOBE SOFTWARE FROM OFFICE DEPOT TO GET THE REBATE IT WAS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT BEST BUY DIDNT HAVE A REBATE ON THEIR BOX.....SO I BOUGHT IT AT OFFICE DEPOT I PUT THE RECIEPT AND ENTIRE BOX AND SOFTWARE BOX IN THE PACKAGE TO MAIL...IT WANTED A BAR CODE SO I SENT THE WHOLE BOX....PAID EXTRA POSTAGE TO SEND IT AND A MAILER...RECIEVED A CARD THAT SAID I WAS DENIED MY REBATE IT STATED I FAILED TO SENT IN A BARCODE AND RECIEPT...I CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE CARD AND ASKED HER TO LOOK IN THE BOX/SHE WAS A THIRD PARTY SOURCE AND SIMPLY SAID I DIDNT SEND IT..........WOULDNT LET ME TALK TO A SUPERVISOR...BELIVE ME I DROVE BACK TO OFFICE DEPOT TO GET A REBATE...I HAD A BAD FEELING ABOUT GETTING THE SOFTWARE AND ASKED THE SALESMAN ABOUT THE REBATE IF I COULD GET IT IN STORE...MY ADVICE IS DONT BUY ADOBE AND WHO EVER THE 3 PARTY VENDOR IS.....CANT VERIFY ANY THING OR OFFER ANY SOLUTION................
