ADVANCE CASH ADVANCE CASH USA Received telephone call from this scam company Internet

I received a telephone call at my place of work on December 17, 2010 from a so-called "investigator" who had an Indian Accent. He proceeded to give me a case number and said the call will be recorded. He told me that this was a "Legal matter". He wanted to confirm my name, address, email and also mentioned that I was contacted before, but needed to check my spam on the computer. I asked what is this about and who is the company. He stated, Advance Cash hired them. I told him that I NEVER did any business with that company, nor was any money deposited in my account. I said this is a scam and I will not talk with you further. I was very upset about this. I was on my way home and kept thinking and praying about the matter. I decided to check on line about Scam Companies and put in Advance Cash and my prayer was answered. Therefore, I am writing to inform people, not to apply for loans, payday loans, auto insurance etc., via the Internet. That is how anyone can get your information and harrasss you. This truly was a learning experience for me. If they should call back, i am contacting my Attorney.
