After GOD's Own Heart Restoration Church A complete waste of time!!!!! Midland, Texas

I was a transit going from one city to the next, and I came to Midland,Texas trying to find somewhere to stay and settle down. So, a local man told me about this place off of E. Florida St. He said "there is a restoration church that will help you get back on your feet." But when I actually got there it was more like a cult, we had to stay in the house all the time. We could not go anywhere not even to the store to get a soda pop. They basically made us pray and worship 18 hours a day, which don't get me wrong, I love GOD, just not the fact of being held captive, or it felt like it. I asked about going to find a job and they said to the household, that "you are not able to work", except to pan-handle for them to raise money for the organization. And also "if you have any income such as ( SSI, FOODstamps, SSDI) they were to take most of it." They feed the same thing three times a day, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I was wondering where all the money they get from those with income goes???? First of all, in the beginnin,g they lure you in to their vehicles by saying it's the place that GOD wants you to be, and that there is alot of stuff to do like lifting weights etc,,!!!!! But then when you get there and find out that it is completely the opposite it is almost or damn near like prison/jail being told you can't go here or there, and being told what to do 24/7....... The most aggrivating thing about this is the fact they don't tell you ANYTHING until you arrive. That could be hundreds of miles from home. In one incident, a man from Floriday was inticed here to Midland only to find out the cold, hard truth. If it weren't for a local church (legitimate) six of us would be stuck in Midland. But, we received help and returned to our original points of origin. A hard lesson was learned by this experience. I pray everyone reads this and bares fair warning by what we had to endure.
