| I first had contact with ais supplier in february 2010. At that time, I decided to 'sign up' with them to re-sell the 'sex toys' from their website. Since that time, I have also been busy building an additional website. This second website was designed to resell those same products as well. However, since I have no contact with ais and have no assistance or customer service, I find that I am now extremely angry with the entire situation and I am feeling, well, really, really ripped off by them. They are listed in Google as having been in business now for over a decade. However, when I contacted them to get more information to put on the second website, I was advised via email that they do not have this information just yet. In fact, what they told me via email was that "they do not provide data feed at this time; however, they are almost finished with their latest upgrade and will offer this soon"! This is unacceptable to me. In the time that I have been with ais, I have done everything that they have suggested to sell these adult products and/or toys. And, to date, I have received exactly TWO checks from them for my 'commission' of sales. These checks are laughable to me. I am beyond dissappointed with this whole process. I have spent over a year building this new website and during this entire time, I have made numerous emails to ais notifying them of my intent to sell their products on this new/second site. However, they have repeatedly refused or just ignored repeated requests for additional information. But, in the meantime, they are right on time with the demand letters for their monthly payment fees of $39.99! We invested over $400 in February 2010 and we still have not received any kind of 'return on investment' from this company. The customer service is laughable to say the least. Their professionalism is laughable! I do not appreciate having to constantly send emails to a company that apparently just takes its time to answer those emails. I have even sent emails directly to Zach about all of this. Those emails go unanswered or they are answered by another department within this company. I believe in my heart that ais really needs to be shut down permanently! This is a complete disgrace to the internet service world. They are a laughable company to put it mildly! Now, I am in a position of having to make a decision of whether or not to continue with them or to cancel this account and start all over from scratch....again!!! |

I joined the wholesale partnership program with A.I.S on May 6, 2011. So far I have not had any problems with the partnership. My website was provided to me within 48 hours of joining the program, and I went to work, with filling my store with products to sell. I paid the initial fee and I pay my hosting fee every month. When I have a question I submit a ticket and I usually get a response in less then 24 hours. They also have a live chat service for partners that I've used a few times and they have a toll free number. I don't call the number because I always get a voice mail. But again a rep usually responds within 48 hours. In my experience no matter what online company I find that submitting a ticket is the best way to get customer service with online companies, they even encourage it. As far as spending money is concern, I receive emails on a monthly basis from AIS with promotions on upgrading my account to help increase sales, but I haven't done so, because I'm not at that point yet. It's not like they have a gun to my head and are forcing me to take this upgrades, at the end of the day I run my store and I make the decisions on how I'm going to promote it. AIS is their to make sure I have products to sell, and to take care of shipping and customer service and I can honestly say they have done that. I stay up to date with what is going on in adult entertainment, and Ais products are up to date and I feel I'm competitive within the retail sex industry. Running a business is hard work, in any business that you start, chances are your not going to make money in the beginning, especially online business. Some internet experts say it can take between 6 to 24 months before you see anything. I know this, I'm doing the best that I can to market and promote my store, and learning everyday on the job. Just because your not making money it doesn't mean that AIS is a scam. I hate when people say that and make false accusation and mess it up for people like me who is trying to make money with the same business that your bashing. Look in the mirror, and ask yourself "I'm I really doing everything I need to do to make my business work? I'm going to end this post with this final statement. My girlfriend put my online store to the test, and place an order from my store- New Breeds Adult Store.Com She ordered a pussy pump on June 6, 2011 and received her package on June 13, 2011. The order was shipped in a discreet plain box. She was pleasantly surprised to received her package so fast, it only took 7 days. We live in Montreal, and the item was ship from New Jersey. All detailed in the packaging. As soon as the order was processed and shipped, I saw the report in my back office complete with full details of the transaction and what my profit was. There it is.

Hi. I agree with David that it takes time to get things started. I have only been with AIS for about two months now but i have had plenty of people look at my website. They send me emails on a regular basis and i can respond to them how often i need to. They always respond to me and they are very helpful. I like being my own boss even though i havent made a profit yet i know its coming. My website is now up on google and yahoo and im proud of that. You can check it out if you want. BUYER BEWARE - I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY AIS TOO!!! I have been paying them $39.99 a month for my website since January 2010 and paid them another $500 in February 2010 for SEO, Google Sitemapping and Top 1500 Search Engine submission - to date (10/2012) I have not have 1 sale from my site - makes you wonder what they did with the extra $500 bucks!
I had friends call the 800 number AIS put on my site for customer service and guess what...THEY TRIED TO SELL MY FRIENDS THEIR OWN ADULT SITE!!! I'm stuck and have to continue paying $39.99 until February because I'm contractually bound but PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND YOU WILL GET LITTLE OR NO RETURN ON YOUR INVESTMENT!!! THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!! |

| By the way - I did not mention in my post above that I have had a consistent marketing plan in place since I started with AIS and now that my site/domain name have been moved to Go Daddy I am not only seeing traffic but I'm starting to see a return!!! Please Note that the advertising sources I have been using are the same I used while I was with AIS but when I moved my site I changed the tracking info so I would know what was working and what wasn't - not sure how to explain all this - Just know from this experience that I paid a lot of money to a company that basically did nothing for me in return. LOL. We've been in business 10 years and built over 8, 000 websites and have processed over 500, 000 product orders. Please dont tell all those people we are scam. If you look us up on the bbb you will see we have 28 complaints in 10 years. Every hear the expression YOU CAN MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY ALL THE TIME? The fact we only have 28 complaints with the bbb and they have all be resolved. Do the math we are proud of our record. Heres a lnk to the BBB a credible source of info.

I guess you have stopped shopping at wal-mart they get 250 complaints a day. All companies have complaints if you understand what we do then its impossible for us to be a scam. YOU are responsible for selling products we just save you money getting started cause we are the wholsaler. This is away for us to increase the amount of stores we supply products too. If your local adult store buys products up front and he dont sell them he is stuck with them. That doesnt mean his wholesaler is a scam it means he couldnt sell the products. | The BBB states A.I.S began in 2004, so that is only 7 yrs. in business and 10 years is false advertisement. It also states they have an F rating, don't trust them. And the message sent to Matt from AIS shows their lack of professionalism, everyone do yourself a favor and don't let these people take advantage of your hard, earned money. |

| I just signed my forms and returned them today and realy expect a fully functioning website. If not, i am not in the business of making anybody rich so i know the proper channels of getting my money back, every penny as long as i do not get a fully functioning website. I already have one website with another authentic company up and running and i expect the same from AIS or else! |

WOW! @ FOUNDER... I thinkg you are a pathetic insecure little man. I was considering ordering from your website. However; after reading your comments just now it is extremely appearent that you are no businessman! A profesional business owner would never fire back at any customer for voicing a complaint. Its called freedom of speech and in the real world proper business owners operate by an ethics policy respecting their customers as they are the sole reason to be in business! You actually went on a public forum and engaged in a verbal bashing of a client who selected to do business with you ? Where the hell did you go do business school? Or did you? Anyone with 1/2 a brain would logically understand that your customers should always be respected as they pay your bills and are the sole reason that you are still in business. Hey genius did you ever consider becoming a professional? Maybe try to resolve your customers issues and show that your'e your business is legit working with your customer.
