Al is very convincing and seems genuine on the phone.

Al will tell you many people can make a great living out of this business. I agree. Get your training by someone else. He will say that no one will teach you like he does. You right there Al. Yes he has testimonies, but how many people has he flogged off like me. It would seem that if you have an opinion you're out!

I do feel that Al should not be teaching personally as he is far to busy with other commitments and as a result your training quality may be compromised. Al showed little consideration when I tried to clarify a misinterpretation. He is very opinionated and egotistical.

Jim Walker

Jim will take your course fees. He then transfers this to Al.

Seems odd to me. May be Al is isolating himself from the money in case you want to sue.

Jim is a good guy and has helped me when all attempts of contact with Al failed.

I asked for a refund but he states that I need to seek this from Al directly. I have done this many times but Al does not respond to that request.

Mel is Al's an appointed trainer. Turns out that Mel doesn't even do the judgment recovery business. He is a business coach. He just stopped communicating when question were asked about court filings. Not his expertise. But wait, did I not pay for an expert trainer?

My name is Chris

39yrs of age with wife and 3 young boys. I have an outgoing nature get on well with most people. Certainly was/am keen to learn the judgment business. Paid Al $8000 (which I borrowed) and he has failed to deliver on his training.

I am truly gutting how this turned out. If for any reason the training could not be completed then a refund should be discussed. I have nothing to show for our 8k. Just a lot of disappointment.

Further more,

Yes I am just one guy that wrote a blog. This should also demonstrate Al's true character and motivation. He doesn't care about you like he would suggest. He cares only for the money. I would have paid a client a refund if I did not deliver. Now ask yourself this question: What if Al losses patience with me? (Are you going to risk thousands on that?)

My Story begins 15th Feb. 2010

I paid out $8000 15th Feb. 2010. It is now Jan 2011.

I was promised one-on-one training with Al. The training would take 90-100 days.

It took me a month to get the first appointment underway. Ok server issues on Al's end.

Out of the next 2 appointments he missed 3-4 times. Unbelievable it sounds, but true.

Did some Marketing and got judgments (2)

I had clients in the works at this stage and needed input. None came.

Al was convinced that I was just doing what I wanted and well in over my head. I constantly asked for assistance as this is what I paid for. None came. Instead Al would just ramble on about stuff that wasn't even relevant. He has no tack what so ever.

4 months passed and I had only covered the Marketing stage.

This is where training stopped. It just didn't happen.

Al got pissed at me for trying to get training underway as there were many delays. Anything from heath issues to felling to sleeping at scheduled phone training sessions were some causes.

So he transferred me onto Mel. Now Mel didn't even make contact with me for about 3-4 weeks to begin with. My wife was sure this was a scam at this point.

Mel basically got me to do a business plan which I did. That was it. He answered a few questions. He even suggested using a paralegal to do my filings. Isn't that's what I paid money to Al for. To be taught.

Then Mel vanished. 4 weeks later and Al's back on the scene (More like many emails and a call to Jim for help). (He had been in hospital for a some weeks. Just never tells anybody where. Not even Jim or Mel knew where he was for weeks) Came out stating that he will answer emails and get back on to our training. Great I thought!

I never got questions answered. Instead I got delayed and received more excuses.

He would always state that he would respond in 24-36 hours. He may off once out of the many emails. Most of which were unproductive bagging out sessions. I am learning the business myself now.

Email continues on from when I just got a 4 page bagging out session as a result of my many attempts to get Al to respond to call or emails. It is only after I call/email Jim that I hear from him. He hates it when I involve Jim. If I didn't I would be still waiting.

This response was emailed to Al a day after his email. (10 days I waited)

Most of the past year has been waiting for responses and help.

Yes we bumped heads over misinterpretation. I am an easy going character and I truly believe you have read me wrong. I tried to clarify issues at that time in a detailed email that by you own emission you only read half of. You were set in your mind that I was completely out of line. If you had read on you would have considered how I had interpreted your instructions. Nothing I inputted at that time would change your prospective.

I do my best to follow instructions. I am not out to go against the grain.

So, Mel helped me with business plan and then we pretty much went straight into questions and answers as I have pending cases that I needed help with.

One-on-one training, you have several sessions with me, and isn't each and every time you talk to Mel, one on one?
Yes this is true, but would you agree that there is a difference between Training and Support?

Training as structured components design to cover certain aspect of the business.

Support as having someone help you through the process (Q&A)

No training plan was discussed for the training while with Mel. Instead it turned into live support rather than structured training.

Your system seems to be proven and successful. It is not my place to question the process while being helped. I did ask Mel at what stage do we cover the other components (asset investigation and doc's) He invited me to send him questions on the matter instead. As far as training goes we have not ventured passed Business set up (Structure/ Forms), Marketing (with you) and business planning (with Mel).

Many times over the months I have emailed questions and have waited weeks for a response (without a word of a lie) Just these last questions are over a month old from original form.

I understand you went through treatment and so did Mel. But I experience lengthy delays in response prior to this. (By the way it is great that you are passed the worst.)

Yes I did call you from time to time. Only as a last resort, as I do not get any responses for weeks.

I would be very happy if I received responses in as many hours as you state. But this has been far from reality me. The only reason I communicate with Jim is that he seems to be my last option and he does respond quickly.

So as far as following instructions, there have been very few lately.

I have cases that are 6-7 months old and I'm trying to complete the process. (Need help)

I'd like to give you a perfect example of what I'm talking about, where either I've miscommunicated something, or you just don't dig the rules and instructions apply to you. The e-mail that I recently sent out giving people an update, including yourself, said very specifically, that students could be assured that e-mail sent to this address would be answered in a timely manner beginning this past Friday, November 5. My e-mail didn't say anything about calling my cell phone, not once but several times, to include from blocked numbers(by the way I don't answer blocked calls).

Please understand that I was in a position of giving up as I felt that I was being avoided as my request for answers were going unanswered for so long (Not uncommon in my experience) Training seemed to have stop with so many components of training still untouched All I needed was someone to respond. I feel that in a situation like this with so much disruption and a stalling training. I believed a call was appropriate. (Number shouldn't be blocked, but I will check)

I understand the importance of following instruction. But when nobody cares to respond for over a month (happens on occasions) what am I supposed to do?

Al, I do not wish to delay any longer. Let's put this crap behind us and move forward.

Can you help me through the training? Go over what I have and offer your advice in real time?

He responds, Yes it is a long weekend. Nothing will happen over the weekend as that courts are also closed. Will respond before then. Took an addition 2 weeks to get a reply.

This is getting well past a joke. Every single time you state you will get back to me you never do. Then you get pissed at me for ringing or emailing repeated reminders.

Well you need reminding.

Why can I not get what I paid for? Training experience for me has been demoralizing to say the least.
If you cannot train me then refund my 8k. If you can then Ring me so we can get this moving.

It's been now 10 months. This should create some concern on your end as to why it is taking so long.

1. You are no the only student I have!

2. You are so far off base with what we teach in training, pretty much doing what you want, and then jamming me to FIX it!

3. The repeated emails telling me what I haven't done do not help your cause at all!

4. I just spent 3 days in the hospital again, way beyond my control, and the last thing I want to come home to is more of your rhetoric.

5. The fact that your involvement in situations that are well beyond what you should be working on, requires way more of my time then any other student has never crossed your mind, you have a sense of entitlement that isn't even close to what you are actually entitled to.

I will do my best to finish your latest round of questions and challenges today.


Final note:

If Al had spent as much time training me instead of telling me, I would be much further along.

That was pretty much my last training email I received.
