Do not rent to Alex or Rene Pidgeon. They only pay first rent. Than refuse to pay any more. They destry inside of townhouse. It will cost you thousands to evict. They are both massive alcohlics and leave vomit stains all over the house. Unclened piles of dried vomit beside beds. Cigarette butts down toilet. Cigarette burns all over house. Holes in wall. Police are coming to house all the time.

I can confirm this warning. We got taken in by these people, who were chronically late with rent (after about 8 months of tenancy, rent was late three times). As with the original poster, our apartment was used and abused, with multiple vomit stains in the carpet. No smoking clause in the lease was regularly ignored by Rene, who also smokes pot. They ignored a no-pet clause as they had a cat for a period of time. Cat feces were founds in various corners of the apartment.

It cost us over $2500 to legally, and forcefully, evict these people.
