I responded to an ad for a "Free Trial" and only pay $4.95 shipping. They said they shipped the product on Dec 7th but I did not get it until Dec 15th. On Dec 21st, I found a charge on my checking account for $64.95. Nowhere on the email that I read and responded to did it say that the Trial was 14 days and that you would automatically start getting billed and sent additional product. Here is a copy of the email that I sent to them today. They brag about the quality of their Customer Support. Read my email and draw your own conclusion: " I have just spent 30 minutes on HOLD and forced to listen to the WORST music I have ever been exposed to.
I had agrue with the first operator that 14 days from Ship Date IN THE MIDDLE of the Christmas mail was a totally insufficient amount of time to evaluate your product and requested that your $64.95 charge be reversed from my checking account. In the middle of trying to confirm the R-Number, the phone call was dropped. I am not sure if it was deliberate or not, After 2 calls, I was FINALLY able to confirm my Return Authorization Number and address to send you product back to. My second call was handled by a person named Sara (Agent 506).
She spoke with an accent and was not easy to understand. She was obviously from another country because she thought that Colorado was a city instead of a State. When I asked her what country she was in, she refused to answer. When I persisted, she HUNG UP on me. You have to have the ABSOLUTE WORST Customer Service of any company that it has ever been my misfortune to deal with,
You may have the best product ever but I would NEVER buy anything from you again. When are you companies going to learn that sending our jobs overseas just to save a few pennies is killing you and itis killing our economy?"
