Alliance Health Advisors sold my wife and I Health Option One plan for medical ins. We were contacted by RAMYAR, agent at the time (no longer there according to RICK, Manager) and we were offered a medical ins plan that covers doctor visits and medical prescription plan at 60% off retail for brand name prescriptions. WE gave them the names of the drugs, Levemir, Novolog, and Advair and they said it was covered at 60% off list price. other generics were 10 or 12 dollars for 30 day supply.For both of us, the plan was 379.99 a month and one time rollment fee, non refundable. We asked specifically Ramyar if LEVEMIR AND NOVOLOG were covered, and he said yes @60% off and Specifically accepted at Sam's club pharmacy. After a couple days we enrolled and we asked again if the drugs were 60% off, and he said yes, and paid on a visa card 4/27/11. We called them on April 2, 2011 and asked our pharmacy if they accepted the plan and the price of the medications, and sam's club said NO. We would have to pay full price, levemir 329.55 three vial 100 units, and novolog 115.46, and advair 226.84. NO 60% off. WE called 888-633-5080 and asked customer service for Health option one, and they said there were NO discounts on the medications above. I called Rick and told him, his company lied to us, and enrolled us in the plan without the precription discount. I want a prescription plan that they promised us from the start at 60% off discount like they advertised and promised us.
