On Saturday April 16, 2011. I receive a notice from Seller Performance Team stating we are closing your account due we assumed your product are replicas. I responded back to the seller performance team by saying what indication were you provided that my products are replicas. They responded by saying your products were under the section intellectual property owners and (they may be unauthorized by the intellectual property owners). Now there are 763 people on your
website selling the same products as I am in that section. My question again to the dept of (seller performance team). was how do you determining your decision on my products. Still, no answer to my question. They keeping telling me to go back and read the terms and policy rules. It really hurt my feelings that I decided to sell with a company that does even look into the situation but just assumed it that's the final answer. I even ask for appeal on the matter they didn't even respond to that at all. I have 100% positive feedback on my page. My customers were very happy with my products and even said
they would do business again. My Respond was :We apologize that you feel singled out by our actions, but want to assure you that is not our intention. Be assured that our policies apply to all sellers. We are aware that there may be other violations existing on our site and we are always working to address them. We sincerely appreciate your patience in the interim. Please understand that for reasons regarding account confidentiality, we cannot disclose any further information about our investigation. After a review of your account by an account specialist, we have decided your account will remain blocked. We regret we are unable to provide further information on this situation. Further correspondence regarding the closure of your selling account will not be answered. The closure of this account is a permanent action. Any subsequent accounts that are opened will be closed as well. Any remaining funds are on temporary hold for 90 days from the date your account was blocked. Regards, Seller Performance Team
