The school advertises that they will help you find work. This is false. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and this is when they took action in finding me work after 7 months of doing nothing.
The Carrier they sent me to, Swift, would not stand behind the required training AIT said I would receive for my monies.
AIT uses Swift Transportation, Werner and Kalil Bottling Company. The school has graduates, and my experience with Swift and Kalil demonstrates a revolving door policy.
With Swift, the Lease Operators expect seasoned drivers and refuse to support school requirements.
AIT will fill out school documents that satisfy student success in course and issue a diploma, even though they were not performed, supervised.
AIT blantantly falsifies these documents, and proof in part is the required Log Books required by the Federal Laws.
AIT will use Federal Grants that you cannot get out of, and for private loans that are not paid for, will send an attorney to go after your spouse for payment. Cowards!
For $7,000 plus cost, you are better off going elsewhere.
The trucking industry requires *** T W O Y E A R S E X P E R I E N C E ***. AIT offer 1.5 months. If it doesn't work out between Kalil, Werner or Swift, then you have lost your money. AIT equals THEFT!!!
