I was referred to Andrew Yurasek through a business associate who was currently dealing with him. This man claimed to have credit services available to us where we would be eligible for up to $500,000 in a maximum of 120 days.
I paid for services 28 February, 2011. He told me 24 May, 2011, that I would be due to be funded 15 June, 2011, as my paperwork was submitted 25 May, 2011, and that it would take 3 weeks from the date submitted to be funded.
I called him 14 June, 2011, and he began to tell me that he just submitted my paperwork the week prior and that I was not paying attention to the message traffic very well. I argued that I have everything logged down for message traffic and all of a sudden we were disconnected.
I compiled my message traffic and emailed it to him. I said either he was lying to me 3 weeks ago, he was lying to me now, or he was just flat out lying, and that I didn't need his services anymore and wanted a full refund. It has been 4 days and he has yet to respond to my text messages, emails, and voicemails as he was professional and prompt about responding the same day before I caught him.
The reason why he puts 90 days or 120 days on his contracts is because it is difficult to dispute the charge with your bank. At 85-89 days, if you don't have funds yet, ask for a refund and if it he tells you "that's not how it works", dispute the charge(s) with your bank.
If you have not done business with him, STAY FAR AWAY!!!
