Angry STRATFORD customer, On Thurs, Feb 3rd, I went to tile shop location in Mississaga, for a routine pick-up of my order, that I had perchased a few days before, unfortunarely, I had forgotten my store invoice in my other truck. I informed the person that I had forgotten it, they told me that they could not release any material w/out the invoice OR photo id. Out of the blue comes this super-sized older guy yelling like a lunatic from an office, I was puzzled, why he seemed so defensive towards me, I asked him who he was , and he proceeded to tell me that he was THE manager by the name of Al Opalchuk….strange behavior for a manger, I’m sure this lad has some serious issues in his personal life, if that is the way he interacts with customers. Rule # 1 for the lovely Mr Opie, leave the trailer trash behavior at home in your trailer park : Customer is always RIGHT, even when they are wrong ! Rule # 2, Respect your customers! you have NO self respect or dignity, for treating a customer the way you did that evening Rule # 3, Value your customers! Afteral, it is them that puts money in your pocket, but judging from your behavior and spending way too much time in your traler park, and your limited knowledge of customer service, it would be helpful in your case if the owners that hired you, would send you or enroll you in anger mgmt classes…you idiot ! You got my money ONCE, and never again ! I was ready to place another order that nite, with this sorry excuse of a place but instead left your location, and drove literally down the street for 3 minutes to the Mississaga design center, where there is a place called Quarry Direct (quarrydirect1.com) and put in a $4000.00 order with them, which btw were very customer friendly, very easy going and the price was just as low IF not lower than Mr. Opie’s trailer park. |
