Antivirus Xpress Purchased Norton 360 online, was given key code for Norton Internet Security (a lesser product) Internet

I purchased Norton 360 for 2 years. My invoice stated that I purchased Norton 360. When they emailed me the key code it was for Norton Internet Security, which is a lesser product. So I was actually sold a lesser product than I thought I purchased. Of course I was able to use Norton 360 for the first 90 days for free, so I didn't realize I got the incorrect key code until the 90 day free trial ended. I tried to contact them twice through their Contact Us web page, but they never responded. I cannot find out where they are located. There is no phone number or physical address to contact. Do not do business with this company. If you need any customer service it is non-existent!

Please provide your Order ID so we can track your purchase. It is unlikely that a customer who purchase Norton 360 will receive a Norton Internet Security Product key. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can correct this issue immediately.

i bought Norton 360 on 28 july 2011

i am unable to download on 2nd computer, since my norton account telles me that though i have 2 installs left, download is not applicable...contrary to instructions given by anrivirusXpress with whom I bought theNorton 360
Very frustrating..contacted [email protected] response
Bur first, the incapacity to download the product is beyond my comprehension

And to say that I could easily have continued and renewed my subscription direct with Symantec from whom i bfirst bought Norton Premier 360 in 2010.

The price at Antivirus lured me into this frustrating situation
I hope things will get corrected very soon

My norton 360 premier bought from symantec has only 5 days left

I just purchased a norton product/ have not received digital key or have I been contacted by the the company I wish i had done the research first some how when I was on the norton site I was transfered over to antivirus xpress I believe that all the hype that Symantec Norton Internet Security 2011 is putting out that they are the saying that their the best anti virus software and you can trust anyone selling their products that their company dose all background just means that no one can be trusted/

Purchased Antivirus Xpress (#8578) today for 2 year service agreement. I clicked I wanted to be able to download as soon as I paid. I received an email confirmation I'd purchased with the Receipt No. 4885-8556-4615-0499. Now I cannot find where to get the product and I tried what I thought was the telephone number and got no answer. I thought I was purchasing Norton Antivirus 360.

I just had the same problem. I made a purchase for the Norton 360 as well. I even used paypal to pay for the product and the money has been taken out of my account. Paypal is telling me that there is nothing they can do. I made paypal aware that this company may be fraud but again was told that there was nothing that can be done on there part. I thought using paypal was safe.

I paid Pay Pal $44.94 USD, from my credit card. Receipt No: (available, end with) 7496.
Antivirus Xpress Order (#8771)

After weeks of trying to simply down load my paid for Nortons 360, all intuctions have been negated, invalid entries, non-recognizing the email used to purhcase, wiht your receipt shoing this email: [email protected], and the password--yet whne i try to enter to begin the downlaod, it rejects one or the other, sayhs it will send me a new password, does not, simply puts me on the endless hamptster wheel again.

I would likea total refund. I do not have another five minutes to waist on Antivirus Xpress' desperately lacking download sytem. Kaspersy is far easier, with uncomplicated downlords, and offer a superior product.

Please refund my $44.94 immediately, or it will be made known promptly at your state's corproate Attroney's General office, and tBusines bueeau, for starters, that this is a rip off.

My name is Carrol Ashley. I purchased Antivirus Xpress paid 49.97 downloaded and I'm still not able to get program. Support will not answer my email. This is a scam for sure. You can not get in touch with these people! I should have order from Norton directing. This company or scam artist needs to be taken off computer!

WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I purchased Norton 360 v5 from AntiVirus Xpress on July 29, 2011. Today I was informed my subscription was cancelled by Norton. Per the Norton representative: " The product key you have provided was reported as stolen and Symantec has taken steps to prevent further use of this stolen property. This is done to prevent illegitimate use of our products and to eliminate the incentive of the criminals perpetrating this crime. We understand that you are a one of the victims of this crime and probably were not aware that the product you were purchasing was a stolen product. While we will take the information you provided to help address this issue, we recommend reaching out to the seller of this product to request that they provide a legitimate key or a refund for your purchase. We understand that it may be difficult to resolve this issue with some sellers of stolen keys. You may consider leaving negative feedback for the seller to warn other potential victims that the product you purchased did not work." I have a same problem.It seems that this is their pattern. I paid for the full version price. I got only a trial version for 90 days. No furthers response or support from them. I agree with you guys that this is definitely a SCAM! I sent them an e mail a month ago but no response so far.
