This company pretends to sell discount air tickets "at cost"(whose?).In fact you can get a better deal directly from the airline.
Representative Ethan tried to sell me "airport security" fee on top of the cost of the ticket to the tune of additional $150.He told he had to pay these himself when travelling in Europe.He advised me to buy them online at a reduced rate to avoid lines at the airports .
I made direct calls to both the airports in question and to the airline and found these fees are bogus and are already included in the price of the ticket.This was a fraudulent attempt to extort more money.
While at it Ethan tried to add aditional 5% "issuing fee".(not mentioned when the price of the ticket was discussed.
