Attempted Break-in and Theft, Concealment, Fraud

Field Asset Services, Inc. is an Austin, Texas based company that euphemistically calls itself a "home preservation company". It is, instead, a home wrecking company, hired by big banks to bring in local hires to break into your home and steal your property in the event your house has been foreclosed whether legally or illegally as is many a case, just so they can take possession even if they are not entitled to it.

Field Asset Services, Inc. has been sued multiple times along with its employer Deutsch Bank for doing just that (couples in Michigan and in California in just two incidents). The company brags on its website how quickly it is able to achieve its goals which amount to breaking and entering, thus stealing your home. In the California case, Field Asset Services hired Matthew Jay Cohick and his Monster Mowers company out of Lancaster, California to break into a Pine Mountain house.

The realtor-property manager representing the house for Deutsche Bank was Susan Kline of ReMax of Valencia and she actively concealed information from the legally residing tenants as the bank and mortgaging company instigated illegal eviction attempts against the senior couple.

Field Asset Services is a giant franchise type company so its tentacles reach everywhere in the United States. I read that they are actually primarily owned by a Canadian company. You should complain to the major investors of Field Asset's illegal actions. Maybe they'd want to know too.
