Auto Service Warranty Inc Went out of business and will no longer honor claims Parma Heights, Ohio

I just found out that Auto Service Warranty is defunct. They closed the doors and will not honor any claims. Having paid in almost $3000, I am really at a loss. I guess the only option I have is to file a dispute with credit card company that I used to pay. It seems all of these auto warranty companies blow and when they don't they are there to tell you that your claim is something that isn't covered. Save your money.

Good news -- They were bought out b y Endurance 1-888-418-8231. - ask for customer service. See what you can work out with them. I have to wait until tomorrow because it's eastern time so customer service is closed.

I just found out today as I had my dealer called them to fix my AC. Dealer told me they are out of business - I am shocked. I bought my contract Nov 2010. Called Endurance and they said they only bought the Domain name only and not the customer or any service from the prior them.

I guess calling the credit card is an option but will they really do much since it beens over 60 days for dispute?

Let me know if anyone had any luck on either how to get money back or service?
