Refuse to issue credit

These scam artists continue to say they have issed a credit to my bank. My bank says they have not. Over 1000 BBB complaints and over 2500 complaints to various agencies in CA all say the same thing...these companies settle on the Court room floor, or hearing room steps. BUT YOU HAVE TO GET TO THAT POINT BEFORE this company will issue credits or honor their advertising. This is a scam, pure and simple and they avoid prosocution by settling with those that take the yearly treck to follow along in this process...and in each and every case they say the same thing to avoid jail..."We make mistake...So Sorry...We fix..." and they get away with this!! How many just give up and cut their losses?? this is something they are counting on that you will go away...this is how they are making millions...because the internet customers don't check before they buy....everyone thinks the banks and "Government will protect them," but they don't and OEMpartsbin knows this...
