I am a small business owner that took an order from CEO Jim Pearson, and delivered my product in 2009 . I am still trying to collect the money this company owes me. God luck to companies trying to collect from this company. Vendors beware they will not pay their bills! I have heard all kind of excuses. I feel sorry for the owners of aviawest couldn't imagine how they treat their owners, I'm starting to hear all kind of horror stories about their timeshare owners, BUYERS BEWARE THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING BANKRUPT, TO AVOID PAYING BILLS!

They do it to employees too! I know of at least 15 of us that have been waiting almost 3 weeks for termination, vacation and bonus pay that was due within 48 hours of us being terminated!

does anyone know how to we can get out of paying yearly fees to aviawest? we have never used any of our timeshares..we know we have to cut our losses with what we paid but how do we get out of making yearly 'maintenance fees'?

Just Google "Aviawest Scam"
You will see posts that date back over 2 years of angry people that don;t want to be disturbed about there time share operation.
It's a real company I will give it that .
They have recently declared bankruptsy and can no longer pay any of their suppliers.
While your at it, Google "Aviawest Bankruptsy"

These people are conartists..
