This company entered into an agreement with me to repair some siding on my house. Bill Richardson came by and did about half of the work we agreed upon but took all of the money on the condition that he was going to be finished that day. In the weeks that have followed, my calls are not returned, my number even appears to be blocked because I can only get someone on the phone if I use a different number. I have been promised many times that they will be coming by to finish up and then no one shows or calls to reschedule and I start the cycle of calling and leaving unreturned messages again. I would stay away from B&R Masonry and Contracting, Bill Richardson and Barbara Armpriester as they are either thieves or so disorganized that they are effectively stealing through negligence. They use the phone numbers 215-882-3787 and 215-964-1520 so be on the lookout!!!

| As I am reading this post, I am appalled at the way people are making B & R Masonary and Contracting out to be. I had work done by Mr. Richardson about 6 months ago. I was so impressed by his work ethic, and his craftsmenship. He is an exceptional contractor. He did some basement work for me which included some inside stone-pointing, and the rest of the basement was sheetrocked. His work came out so beautiful that I thought to myself that this is going to be my go-to-guy for any work that I need done. Since that job 6 months ago, I have had B & R Masonary and Contracting Company come back to my home to do much more work. Over the summer, I had the whole front of my house brickpointed, which came out beautiful. I had my backyard re-done in all concrete, which again, came out beautiful. He installed a new fence around the backyard so that my two pugs can no longer break out, and again, this fence came out great. I am looking into getting my sidewalk done too, and guess who it will be that will do it...that's right, B & R Masonary and Contracting Company. The work is beautiful, and does not take too long to complete. This was my experience with Bill, and I have in fact talked to Barbara as well, and she was very helpful helping me to understand all processes of the work being done, and answered all of my questions honestly, and to the best of her knowledge I believe. In my heart, I do not believe that these two are rip-offs, thieves, or however else you would like to make them look...to me, in my eyes and heart, this is a stand up company with stand up results. I applaud B & R Masoanry and Contracting Company, keep up with the great work, you have a faithful customer in me. |
