| Baker Careers and Partners Helen Fratt Yet another Craig's List job scam Fort Collins, Colorado |

This morning I found a job on Craig's List Fort Collins, CO for a Front Office Coordinator that I found to be rather vague. Here is the ad: "The right person for us would be team oriented, open-minded about new techniques and ideas, committed to continued education, efficient, well organized and comfortable with change. We believe in giving our guests the best possible care and need someone who shares that philosophy." I emailed them for more information. Here is the response I got:
"Hello Catherine, We would like to thank you for sending your resume to Baker Careers & Partners. After reviewing your initial credentials, I think you could possibly be a great fit for our company. Our Human Resource manager would like to schedule an interview with you before she leaves for vacation early next week. You need to complete the pre-interview screening before we can schedule an interview, which can be found at http://workforbaker.info or the career link on our homepage. Your applicant code is 031085. Please write down your code, as that is the only way you can gain access
to your application and employee profile. Once you complete your screening someone from HR will contact you within 72 hours to schedule an interview.

Baker Careers & Partners" This is the exact response I got for another job that I was interested in back in Oct that turned out to be a fraud as well. I immediately went to Baker Careers & Partners and their web site was the same as the one for the other company as well. Be aware of these scams. If you apply for a job and this is the response you get, do NOT fill out the application or the credit report they request at the end as their "background check"! |

I have recieved the same letter, but with a different name, so I thought that I would post the other name so other people will know! You know this is really horrible, but I just really need a job and the sad thing is, is that there is people out there taking advantage of people who really need help! I just can't believe there is such horrible people out there! Thank you!! Hope this helps!

| It sure is great to be able to do a search on companies in the U.S. and find out if they exist or not, especially when someone is unemployed and needs to keep a roof over their head. This "company" is evidently scamming all over the U.S. What this means is that they want personal information, such as name, address, and phone number. Who knows what they'll use that information for, and with the Holidays right around the corner anyone could have their home robbed!!! Thanks for all the written comments on this scammer! |

| I just got the same e-mail from Jayson Crandall right down to the human resource manager leaving on vacation. I did not fill out the pre-screening sheet requested. Thank you so much for posting this scam. I will contact the local news stations in Fresno Ca to report these creeps! |

| Thanks. I just got the exact same email but it was from an "Edward Carter". I am in Pittsburgh and had sent my resume replying for a job as a restaurant bookkeeper off of Craigslist. Glad I decided to Google this "Baker Careers and Partners". Thanks again. |
