If you're looking for a direct selling co that sells jewelry, LOOK away from bamboopink by judefrances! The company was started by judefrances which is well known for making 18Kt jewelry pieces. Claimed that they were starting a fashion jewelry line because the price of gold went up to $1500/oz and wanted all women to afford their jewelry. I was impressed at first, but they pushed their consultants to recruit team members under the ruse that they will win judefrances jewelry and ipads. I was led to believe that you can join for free and start an internet business and have the option to purchase a jewelry "box" if you want. so not the case
1. corpo trainer either left or was fired.
2. calls did not give out correct info and were DAILY. How are you expected to make money when you're on the phone listening to misinformation?
3. Jewelry "boxes" were kits that were
a. High priced ($245, $495,$995)
b. did not come with training materials
4. Co. did not have catalogs or other business materials.
5. communicated with consultants thru facebook fanpage and sporatic emails from "leaders" that were also passing out misinformation
6. Bullied to purchase a kit or buy jewelry or be compressed out of the system!
7. Launch dates constantly pushed back.
8. Expected to pony up money for exhorbitant kits in this economy when a. systems were not working properly, b. co just launched!
9. Workmanship and finishes of the jewelry were poor!
10. alledged to be a member of the DSA, but do not even see them as pending! many consultants have returned their kits and are still waiting for their refund (less 20% restocking fee).
They delete negative comments from their facebook fanpage. keep on the the sugar coated yes man comments. delve deeper and the co. is a disaster! Beware!
