banfield banfield charge me $180.00 for an ear culture ,after 3 months no results...... Internet

i have paid to banfield for their wellness planfor 2 years for my english bulldog, i tried to cancel but they told me is imposible, they even renew the second time. well i pay 22 dollars a month for this plan, but that is not the problem , the problem is that the doctors there don't know anything about pets.
they made an ear culture to my dog on march 15 , they charge me 180 dollars with thediscount because i have their plan, 180 dollars plus other things to cure my dog , so the bill was 400 dollars.
they told me they were going to call me wth the results in 2 weeks, today is june 20 and i still don't have the results.
i went to another vet and did an ear culture for 67 dollars and gave me some medication and make and appointment for my dog in ten days with the results and see what is going to be the medication for my dog.
after that i went back to banfield to ask them for my results and they told me they are not ready, my dog has now a very bad infection in both ears, and we wre checking with the new vet that this problem start very long ago (nov 2010) indicates my records that i brought the dog fr this problem and still no solution, everytime i went there i spent between 200 to 400 hundred dollars
the only person who has call me from banfield is customer service telling me that there was an error when they try to charge my monthly payment, but is not an error , i had to close my account because i 'm not going to pay them anymore. they said if don"t pay it goes to my credit, but what else i can do, keep paying them for doing nothing.
you go there and there is only one "doctor" and you have to make an appointmnet and they give you the appointment for next week, it doesn"t matter if it is an emergency. when you go there for the first time with your puppy , they smile and tried to sell their "wellnes plan"
once you pay and agree everything change
