Like several of the posts I have read, I also fell prey to this company. I was dealing with Todd Earnhart, who was so nice and helpful and reassuring. I feel like the biggest idiot that I could let myself fall for this, but like so many, in a desperate situation, I wanted to believe it legitimate. He sent me a loan agreement, a loan summary statement, went on to tell me that I would be receiving information in the mail regarding the repayment and that he hoped I would tell others about the positive experience I had working with them. What a liar. I hope that if he should ever read these posts that he and his cohorts realize how much they have hurt innocent people. I have to believe that what goes around, comes around and that they will be caught and be dealt with by the law. I have reached out to the police, the attorney general, BBB, Western Union, FBI and anyone who will listen to me so that no one else will ever fall prey to the likes of these people. I would love nothing more than to get my money back, but I am sure that won't happen, so the next best thing is for these people to get caught and go to jail.

Like several other people I, too, have been the victim of this seemingly nice and wonderful firm. My contact person, Mr. Andy Brooks, seemed very helpful, legitimately concerned and caring about my situation, very patient, informative and just plain out genuine...boy, was I wrong!!! I should've known that anything that sounded too good to be true, was just that!!! I have learned to talk about this situation without crying and getting angry..but now, I am trying my best to work with anyone and everyone i can to make sure that the crooks are caught...
