I have sent several emails to http://stores.ebay.co.uk/BELLOCAT-PRODUCTS to make sure the condenser for my Hyundai Matrix was the correct one. I had replies stating it was the correct one for the vehicle-As I live in Spain I did not want any problems because of the distance. I could not order directly off eBay as they said I had to pay by pay-pal to Tradeworking.
This I did and paid £120,00 GBP of which £25 was postage. The parcel arrived and it was damaged on the carton and inside the condenser was bent, I immediately contacted BELLOCAT PRODUCTS (eBAY) and they asked for proof of damage I sent photographic evidence of the carton and the condenser damage. They eventually contacted me by telephone after many emails (I kept all of them) and they said that the bend should not effect the performance and that they had another condenser on the shelf but that it was bent also. She then said it will work - and if you fit it and it does not work- not to worry as it was covered under the 12 month guarantee. So we stripped the car - When we took out the original condenser we then saw the fittings were different on the one they said was perfect for the year and model that I quoted. I asked them to collect the component that was damaged and wrong fittings and they said I had to pay for the return, Another £25 making a total of £150 and so far nothing to show for all my efforts. I requested they make a claim on DHL the carrier. They ignored all my emails i sent requesting that. I contacted DHL to collect and return the damaged goods. They said they could only do that if BELLOCAT PRODUCTS contacted them. More emails to BELLOCAT PRODUCTS and no replies. They just simply ignored my requests.
So I sent a last email saying I was going to expose the way they trade and treat customers and if they wished to remove the statements they could do so by refunding me in full for a wrong and damaged part. I was in England when I made the sale (Not Spain) because I was attending a funeral. So by paying direct by Paypal as they requested I cannot place a NEGATIVE report on eBay A Very clever sales rouse- when you cannot make a statement after being conned by a wrong and damaged component. They have my money - I have a useless piece of rubbish.
This follows on the Saga of Derby Car Centre who sold me the car with a faulty condenser- you can read the report on these people also just type in DERBY CAR CENTRE Sometimes your just sick of dishonest traders and without such programmes as Watchdog RipOff Report their is no other way of exposing them to the public.

To view our quality of our business and services you can directly see feedback which is a system that e-bay has designed to constantly track a businesses dealings and performance with their customers.

Every product which is sold internationally, we confirm the fitments by providing images & dimensions of the product before a sale. The reason being if a situation arises such as yours, we do not cover postage costs to send the item back to us, for a refund/replacement. In more depth, we are a small profit organisation, we cannot afford a mistake such as this. This is a simple case of misunderstood/ignored terms & conditions.

Paying direct by paypal is an option for customers (especially international) for different postage rates and products/services which are not available online. If we were con-artists, we would cease to exist today as paypal & e-bay's fraud team will not take the slightest lightly.

If we were worried about avoiding your feedback, how come we weren't worried about the other monthly 500+ customers that leave feedback.

You have clearly mentioned our attempt to resolve the issue, but this could not be as you were not happy to cover postage costs which were clearly explained before you made the purchase with us. We feel that you failed to mention this in your exposure attempt.

We are simply a business that supplies car parts for customers who need their vehicle back on the road at an affordable cost. We work day and night to provide this. If you read this response, please contact us and at least give us a chance to do what we do best.

We do apologise for such a simple issue to lead this far. Understanding is the key to any equation. We share the fault with yourself, now lets resolve it.
