Best Buy Store sales people lie about producextended warranties salem, New Hampshire

Hi all, Do not buy any thing from best buy, they only lie about warrranty coverage and do not honor them. I purchased a 4 year extended plan for a samsung tv and was told by sales rep that if they had to come out to our house to ever fix it and could not they would replace tv. Well they came out to fix could not and told me I have to wait 7-10 days for a new part, this is if the part work as the tech was guessing and said "maybe this will work" . His next comment was well if this do workmaybe we can try something else of maybe they will give me a new tv! MAYBE MAYBE ! What the h**l did i pay the extra money for the warrant for? I am pissed at myself for beleiving the dam sales rep, i have never had a problem with them until know. I have tried to contact district manager but he/she never calls back, thats right I have no idea who this person is because they refuse to give out a name! I called coporate offcie and was left on hold 15 + minutes then they just tranfered me to customer service line. Oh yeah they are useless as well.
