best soft solutions I could not access my computer unless I paid them a fee of $89.95. I knew it was a scam but had no choice Internet

On 3/26/11, a pop up appeared on my computer screen stating Best Soft Solutions had just done a scan on my computer and I had 47 serious virsus in my computer that had to be handled immediately. I tried in vain to get it out of my computer, but it would not let me handle anything until I paid them $89.95
Once I paid them, they allowed me to continue using my computer. I did a search in programs, hard drive, software, and control panel. Nothing showed up which was my first clue I had been swindled. Now that I have my bill from Master Card I am disputing the charge. My second clue was it would not accept American Express and had no Https. Only Http.

I had the same problem on 3/15/11. I am disputing charges of $59.95 from this scam. It cost an additional $1.79 in a Foreign Transaction Fee as they bill from Baku (somewhere in Europe). Big warning sign on computer (and I don't think Windows should allow this) and couldn't get to any programs without paying the fee.
