BIG 10 Tire Items stolen from my car. They don't care and deny responsibility. Birmingham, Alabama
3rd of Jan, 2012 by User242963

I purchased Michelin Tires with 90,000 mile warranty. I have currently used 50,000 of those miles. I have religiously had the free 6,000 mile rotation performed. I have all my paperwork. I am a single woman and purchased this package because I needed to trust a company. I have discovered that missing from my 2004 CRV is the large OEM rubber mat which covers the spare tire section, the spare tire and the jack is missing. My last checkup was just a month or so ago. No one else drives my car. When I have complained, I am treated as though I am a mentally disabled woman of low intelligence. I received no sympathy on phone calls or visits about this problem. I have no idea how long I have traveled without a jack or a spare tire. They do not care. They really don't want my business. I know I am powerless, but registering this complaint publicly makes me feel better.
