Bill Lee's Heating And Air Conditioning Unhappy service with A/C company Jacksonville, Florida

Recently I called Bill Lee's about a leak in my system and the company sent out a gentleman named Mike and he checked the system and stated; there was no leaks in the coils and filled the system with freon and left an invoice for $130. Another day went by and it felt like the system was not cooling down so I called again and then they sent a gentleman by the name of Andrew out. He checked the coils and the outside system and tried to call Bill Lee for over an hour for help and questions. Bill Lee never responded. The boy thought he found a leak but wasn't sure. He used what appeared like a sniffing wand and sometimes it would beep and sometimes it would not. I was not convinced the device was accurate. It started to storm and he had taken up a lot of time and was very slow. The weather was becoming bad so I sent him away. I called the next day and spoke with Neal who was in the office and explained the problem had not been resolved and wanted to know what the cost was for having Andrew out. He stated that they charge $75/hr. I explained that this was very high considering the boy was slow and could not confirm the problem nor did the boss answer his phone. Neal said; well that is what we charge and he did not have a Crystal Ball and was not there so therefore he did not know the total cost. I called again the next day and the lady at the office said they would call me in the morning. I waited then I called Neil again at 11am the third day. I asked about the bill because Neal had spoke to Judy and told her the bill would be around $400. I told him that was entirely too high and that I had the invoices setting in front of me that showed the bill to be $280. $130 for the first night and $150 for the second night. Neal said well I don't know and that I would receive an itemized statement in the mail and I could look at it and figure it out then. I explained that the charges were too high. He became louder over the phone and said he does not do the invoices. I asked him what his role was and why was he becoming hostile as I was a long time customer and just trying to be fare here. He said with a loud voice again I AM NOT HOLLERING. I said yes you are and asked if he would have Bill Lee call me today. He said; I will leave him the message. I asked will you please ask him to call me and Neal with a loud voice again said; I will give him the message!!! My system has all the foam tore away and no one has offered to put it back and my leak has not been resolved. I did not appreciate Neal being so loud and trying to get me off of the phone. I felt that the service alone was very poor and do not recommend anyone doing service with this company at all.
