Bill Waggoner American Dreams Media, LLC SPAMer who hacked into my RIPE account, used and abused my IPs, and got my company blackballed from Spamhaus.

Bill signed a contract, agreeing to pay over $20,000 for the brokering and use of a legitimate company's RIPE IP addresses. After several months of non-payment, he hacked into the account and used the IPs without authorization or approval - sending out SPAM. So much SPAM was sent that it effectively ruined the company's goodwill and ability to utilize the IPs for their own use. The IPs were blackballed by Spamhaus and the company and its officers could not renew their RIPE account because of the SPAM.

That is complete bull. I am so sick and tired of these little white lies. The people behind this are just seriously jealous people who love to give others a hard time. I pay for everything I use and this person needs to be banned immediately this libel slander.
