Bob Tyler Toyota Pensacola Motor Sales Did credit report without my authorization Pensacola, Florida

I was thinking of purchasing a new Toyota Camry and using my own financing. Much to my surprise Bob Tyler Toyota took it upon themselves to run a credit check which come back just fine with a credit score over 800. Only problem is, I did not request them to finance the purchase, I use my own credit union. Needless to say, I did not purchase the car from Bob Tyler, no will I look there in the future. I will use Eastern Shore Toyota in Daphne, AL where they do not run a credit report since they are smart enough to understand that I have my own financing. Kinda funny that I have now received a letter of denial of credit from Bob Tyler with no explanation as to why and my credit score is still way over 800 according to Equifax. Be aware that if you even look at a car at Bob Tyler and offer to purchase it, they will run a credit check on you without your knowledge and in turn that does end up hurting a persons credit score in the long run.
