I liked the Starbucks drink tumblers and learned the manufacturer was on-line. Placed a $400. order 2-1-10 as a July family reunion gift. BOTTLESS required I bank wire the money to guarantee completion of such a "small" order. No refund, no product to date. Filed complaint with Oregon Better Business Bureau 10-23-10. BOTTLESS rudely responded 11/16/10 "makes me again want to avoid working with small orders and continue working with major retailers rather than small family reunions who do not understand the concept of preordering for the next season or how we work." Seriously? Almost 9 months after ordering and missing the July event, I don't understand the concept? And yes, it gets even better! 12-3-10 BOTTLESS states in BBB report: "XXX will recieve the product that she ordered rather than a refund. If we refunded every preorder that we receive we would never be able to provide new product." And yet again, 3-14-11 "The products that XXX ordered are on back order from our supplier so she has been refunded and we no longer offer this product as it is a supply issue from our supplier. Thank You" Not true! No refund received, my patience expired, BOTTLESS now sells "Custom Bottles & Growlers" and BBB report states: "04/19/2011 Case Closed UNRESOLVED " This is unacceptable! |

Jean Deford was refunded by Bottless because she is not a business and Bottless only sells to Businesses. When Bottless was marketing the Spirit Tumbler Cup there were to many requests for this product form the genral public which Bottless does not work with. All future compalints can be emailed directly to Bottless at [email protected] Thank You |

Unfortunately I had similar problems with Bottless.org. Everything about our order was wrong from the size growlers first, to incorrect quantities to printing the wrong color even though I spelled out in red type on the proof. In the end I received my the correct growlers but my order for caps has never been fulfilled. When I sent an email to complain I received a reply that they were shipped out that day. Needless to say, I've never received the caps and had to make the purchase through another company. I would never do business with this company again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy. I too will be filling a complaint with my credit card company to challenge any charges and with the Oregon BBB. |

I have produced bottles for over 1000 clients in the last 4 years and only a few people feel the need to go on this website and complain. If I mess up an order I usually fix it or replace it however it helps if that client comes to me and tells me something is wrong with their order rather than spending energy on this website. It was not easy getting this business going nor is it easy making everyone happy especially when everything we do is 100% custom product.
In the future if anyone wants to complain about my products or services I would appreciate if you email me at [email protected] and I will replace or fix whatever it is you will be complaining about. I am only human and it's just bottles we are talking about. Cheers!
