This is the most egregious form of fraud I have ever experienced at the hands of a collection agency. Brady Katz White "BKW" called my company to solicit business. After we gave them some clients names for PRELIMINARY investigations, we were told a contract was required. Our company refused to enter into any written or oral agreement with BKW. BKW then began calling the customer and obtained a settlement offer without or consent. BKW misrepresented that they were never authorized to act on behalf of our company and engaged in a settlement offer with the customer. Once the customer gave them the funds in a check issued in our name they managed to cash the check and we were never notified. BKW NEVER told us that a check was received. BKW failed to inform us that any amount of money was ever collected. Additionally, BKW managed to cash a check made out in our name for their own benefit. Upon contacting BKW I was shouted at and at one point death threats were made against me. If you have any concern for your funds I recommend not working with this company. I hope that some regulatory agency looks into this and acts in order to prevent this company from further acting in the manner which they have. To all companies out there beware of this company, they may close up shop and attempt to re-organize under another business. It is time to put an end to these shady business practices.
