Brandon Norwood First Class Greens & Grass LLC Not Licensed, Bonded, or Insured and not registered w/ ROC or BBB Scottsdale, Arizona

Brandon Norwood came to my house to give me a quote for artificial turf to be installed in my backyard at my residence. He showed me samples of turf that I could choose from and went over the different pricing. I had 3 other companies come out as well and decided to go with Brandon Norwood's company because he was the cheapiest. Brandon told me if I wrote the check to him instead of the company he would cut the sales tax and the deal just like with the other companies was to pay half up front as a deposit and the other half when the job was completed. Well I paid Brandon a check written out to his personal name and the turf was installed. when I got back home to see the turf I realized it wasn't the turf he had brought to me as a sample I then contacted Brandon and he has basically told sorry there is nothing he can do about it the turf is already installed. I then went onto the BBB to file and complaint and realized his company isn't even registered with the BBB. Brandon Norwood's company First Class Greens & Grass is not registered with the ROC for the state of Arizona nor is he Licensed, bonded, or insured which means BEWARE homeowners when he tells you your grass has a warranty or a manufactures warranty he's lying straight thru his teeth. He also promised a different kind of premium grass and installed grass straight from China. Do not do business with this man he is a crook and a thief he will take your money and run for the hills. I was a little shocked to find out as he just started his LLC in September 2011.
