On 1/3/2011 I called and they said they had gotten the part but were having trouble with the color and they would have the technician call the next day. Now, their phone number which is AT&T Wireless says the number is not reachable. The website I gave through DEX has a spot that says E-mail this company which I did but have not yet got a response. It is the only e-mail address that I have come up with. When I made the check out for $45 for the service call the technician had me make it to ATA so I don't know what that is about. Any help you give would be appreciated.--Thanks--
