Brick Train Shop
Brick Train Shop Customer Service Rep. Susan P. Biggest scam on the Internet San Jacinto , California
7th of Apr, 2011 by User117959
On Feb. 27th.,2011 I placed an order with Brick Train Shops On-line. When we received the products in the mail we assumed we were getting sets of Lego's, instead we received manuals. I called the company many times and all I got was to leave a message for customer service. I e-mailed them a few times and I have gotten one response stating they would refund my money. To date 4/08/11 I have not gotten a call back from them let alone a refund. They have gotten my child for $47.85. My 10 year old son is so upset because he had been saving his money to buy the 3 sets he had me order. The business practices of this company are awful. How can they get away with treating people like this? The worst part of it was I received and e-mail stating for me to return the manuals and I did just as they requested which cost me an additional $5.95 to return them because I sent them priority mail on top of what they charged me thinking they were an honest company. If there is an attorney willing to help all of us that have been taken in by the company, please let me know. Because sad to say I want to nail them to the wall. I will find a way to get justice. Because now it is not about the money it is about "FRAUD" which has been committed on many of us. Brick Train- If you are reading this, I believe in "an eye for an eye", "karma", and "10 fold". You will get yours. So when you are done wrong, one of your children are done wrong or someone you love is being taken advantage of. Think back to what you have done to all of us you will meet your maker on judgment day, and you can just imagine what he is going to say to you. Well god Bless you and your soul.

I had the exact same thing happen to me, but to the tune of $112.80. I sent the package back priority mail w/ tracking, it showed that it was delivered, yet they claimed they "hadn't logged it in yet" even MONTHS later! Now the website is gone and I doubt I will ever see my money again. If you find someone who will file a lawsuit on this, let me know.

Contact your bank and explain the situation. I fell for the same scam just like a lot of people have lucky it was only for about $25.00. However after calling my bank they refunded me the money within 2 days and have opened a FRAUD investigation against the company. For those who have lost a significant amount of money its a least worth trying to see if your bank can do anything.
