I also have a large issue with this company. It appears Time Warner Cable uses this company to fnd any means t cut costs on health care by having Budco do" random" audits of employees without their kmoweledge or consent. My case I received no notice about needing to verify then my insurance was dropped. They do not contact certified mail. Class A is all they use. IIt is not their issue if I do not receive notification. TIME WARNER Cable uses this to in my opinion shave high dollar. Families off the bottom line. To date I called my Hr rep who passed me on to budco. Budco refers me to the internal company website that directs me t my Local Hr rep. A massive circle jerk that only leaves me with no insurance for no reason I have been able to fine. 6 years and this company cuts my insurance. No were in my benefit package does it state submitting to random verification. All I can advise is to obtain legal council as Budco sets em up for an inept human resource dept o kick you out. Its low and dirty. Glenn Britt should be ashamed . I've been humiliated as if it was my fault I didn't receive notice of any erin doing. At his point im personally and professionally devistated my most important benefit could be so removed without due process. Even local Human resources say it's outrageous but with their hands tied. Please business pros avoid this slimy trick that will save no money

I agree, I work for Time Warner. Out of no where, they dropped my children and my wife, whom I was married to before my emplyment with TWC. I sent the info to them after they requested it and they still dropped my wife. They said her birth cert and marriage lic. was not good enough. We finally after almost a year of fighting with this, sent them a car insurance card and she is now on my insurance. its bullshit, now all her medical bills that were processed during the "verification process" were kicked back. Im going to HR, If they dont do anything, Im going to Walley, if he doesnt do anything, Im going all the way to the top. I was referred to budco, then told to go to empire, whom told me to go to TWBens site, to only get referred back to budco. Circle jerk is right.. To top it off, after all the verifying, They sent me a a letter telling me I have to verify my kids are requited to have insurance due to court orders (im divorced prior). Really??? So I called them, they said and I quote "Opps, sorry, we did not mean to send that to you"... Didnt mean too? It has my families names and SSN on it... For a company that cares about their employees, hmmm...
