Business Direct Marketing & Promotions Inc. contract commitment was to source a network technician employee for NETWORTH's service department as his company and sales pitch is that they specialize in Human resource solutions and employment placement.
Nigel provided a guarantee that if he did not fill the position he would refund the complete amount of the Purchase order.
In the first 2 years since the failure to fill the order Nigel has made two payments of $100.00 each - His payments are proof that he acknowledges that he failed in his attempt to provide his services and thus must provide his warranty of full refund
We have been emailing and calling him for FOUR (4) years now patiently waiting for his payments and he continues to say next week.
Today on July 18 2011 we can no longer accept his word for payment.
We asked him to make a payment of $30.00 and he said it was a waste of his time.
We asked him how it could be a waste of his time if we are the ones requiring the funds and that we would take any dollar amount to reduce the refund owing. - Nigel said that we would have to
wait another week for his update which is what he has been saying for 4 years.
