Busines Pro Designs are a fraudulent company that will take your money without completing the services you paid for. There head office is in Kolkata India, they do not have offices in the UK, Canada or the US. When a problem arises and you ask inquisitive questions and demand a response or resolution to you problem, they wihtout fail come up with 100 excuses as to why the problem has not been fixed. And forget about trying the get a response from them unless you are willing to harass and bombard them with e-mails to call you. I paid for SEO management and marketing in November 2012, I wanted to create a brand and on-lin presence. My first project manager working on my account had been fired, however I had never been notified of this and no work had been done on my account since paying them. I had to call them and inquire as to why my project manager had not been replying to any of my e-mails. That's when I was delivered the news that he had been terminated. So then I had to start over with another project manager and reiterate everything to him on what I wanted done and what my expectations were. When I noticed a complete lack of traffic on my website and presence on major/minor search engines I was curious as to what they were actually doing with my account. It is presently April which means they have been working on my account for approximately 6 months, nevertheless they had the audacity to tell me that they were doing "marke't and "research" on my company and that technically there had only been 2 months worth of work done on my website. What the hell? Does that make any sense to you? They also send you these fake reports with a compilation of the "back links" and "key words" they have established. when I investigated the back links 9 out of 12 of them were broken back links leading to non-existing pages and non of the key words had any relevance to my company or business.On top of that non of the back links had been established with major authoratative search engines like: yahoo, alexa, windows live, Technorati, Lycos, altavista, ask jeeves, clusty, web crawler or hot bot? When I asked as to why my backlins had not been established to these major search engines, the damn fool asked me to slow down so he could write down the names I was rambling off to him. What a complete joke! Not only is my company still unknown, I'm out of a lot of money. So I decided to hire a third party to futher investigate what had been completed and what needed work regarding to my website and SEO manangement. So basically the evidence that was provided to me re-established that Business Pro Designs is a complete fraud, there were many things that still had not been addressed and some of it was minor. The list of red flags with my website was overwhelming. What ever you do, do not pay for services from business pro designs, it will be the worst money you have ever spent!
