BusinessMax, Vista Print
BusinessMax aka Vista Print unauthorized charges under their
20th of Mar, 2011 by User716724
I've ordered through Vista Print last November for calendars for Christmas, and they turned out great & the price was right as well. In December, I got an e-mail stating that as a loyal customer, I have received a coupon for address stamps, which I then used with another set of order of calendars. I checked my bank account for funds in January, and I saw a Business Max charge of $20.95 dated Jan 20, 2011, thinking that it was probably the school supplies I bought from the local BusinessMax, so I didn't think anything of it. Came March, and on the same date, March 20, 2011; another Business Max charge was on my Wellsfargo statement. So, I called Wellsfargo & disputed the account, and they've given me the account that it posted on & as well as the 1800 number, I was surprised that when I called the 1-800-961-2075 number, the voice system said "Welcome to Vista Print", that's when I realized that Business Max is affiliated to Vista Prints. I called the number, and it didn't give me an option to talk to an actual person, and it kept giving me the same options, but no person to actually talk to. So, I got frustrated, and called my bank again, apparently, I have to dispute this first & close my account with Vista Print before they could reverse the charges. So, I went back to the Vista Print website, and searched for Help category on how to close my account, and I found it & did a requisition to close my account & that I would receive an e-mail confirmation; which after 5mins, I did received a receipt stating that they've received my request to close my account and in the e-mail another phone number was listed which was 1-800-614-8002, which I called right away & it was busy. I called the number for almost 2 hours now, and yet it's still busy! I've been reading the reports on this website and I am so stunned as to how many people have been scammed by this company. I'm a bit hesitant to even call Vista Print company for the lack of customer service for a internet based; they should have a reliable customer service. I'm hoping that if this isn't settled anytime soon & I will see another charge by next month, I want a class action lawsuit against this company. And if anyone else is reading this and have gone through this, I would like to know which number or contact information for Vista Print/Business Max is best to contact without the run around. As a college student, every penny counts and being charged $20.95 in the past 3 months, is a big deal for me.
