I signed up for their $50 per month package. It says you can cancel anytime. You can't. There is no phone number to call, and the email links for support/billing do not work. I have sent multiple emails to each address on their site, and every email bounces back. They continue to charge my credit card $50 every month. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I am going to try to have my bank stop their charges. I hope they can.

here is an email I received from the company recently:

Thank you for contacting us.

We currently do not have email preferences to specify the types of emails to be received. It was our goal when we designed the automated email system to keep the volume low, so that we only send important notices about recent account activity. I apologize we are not able to offer you what you had in mind, however, it is definitely a feature that we have discussed as a future tool to add into our member's accounts.
