caravan knight facility laid me off for hurting myself at work michigan, Michigan

on feb 15 i was injured at work for dumping a bucket of water and injured my back in doing that at time i asked to see a doctor for my pain when i went to doctor office they wanted to give me adrug test so i refused to take test because its states in are contact that a injury alone does not constuite a drug test but my lead supervisor( Michelle Brooks) threaten me and said dont take test you will be termated, so i went and toke test, and then retured back to work, 2 days later i was called in office and she told me that they was termated me for not passing test, my union rep could not do nothing for me just let me go so i been figting to get my job back i been in phsical therapy for 3 month and i still have been unemployed all i want is my job back and its like they just dont care i was always on time was never written up these company is bad and the people like michelle brooks make it hard for a man to work and support his family if there is anybody that got advise please contact me because i would love to bring these up has high as i can.
