I signed up for this service and agreed to pay $5.00 per month. I knew that I was not going to use it very much because of the nature of my business but for $5.00 per month it was nice to have a 2nd payment method. My first few bills were correct so it went out of my mind. I looked about 8 months ago and discovered that I was being billed $9.95 for "Iservice" which after a few phone calls was a complimentary service that I was automatically signed up for that allowed me to view my statement online. Since I didn't call and cancel it within 30 days they started billing me. I canceled it. I also had a fee for $30.00 that was for "PCI non-compliance" I asked them about this fee. I was told to complete a survey and that charge would go away. I completed the survey only to find out that my computer network was not secure enough. I called Cardpayment solutions and advised them that since my network was not compliant and I didn't really need the service I would like to close my account. They said that they would be happy to close it, for $250.00. I advised them that I did not agree to pay all of these fees. They were unwilling to work with me in any way. I then received this months statement which included ... SURPRISE !!... another fee for $25.00. This fee was for my "account maintenance". Ooohh and guess what.. the $9.95 for "Iservice" is back.. I can't wait to see what else they can come up with. I am closing my account and will not be paying any additional closing fees or any other crap they can come up with. Don't get sucked into this scam. The moral of this story is as old as time. If it sounds to good to be true.. IT IS!! No business can run on $5.00 per month per account.
