FORMER EMPLOYEE OF CARMAX OF 10 YRS , WAS A GREAT COMPANY YEARS AGO BUT HAS BEEN BECOMING A TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK FOR, THEY RECENTLY MADE THEIR TECHS WORK A NIGHT SHIFT THAT REVOLVES EVERY 2 MONTHS , ON NIGHTS FOR 1 MONTH , ON DAYS FOR 2 MONTHS, WERE TOLD TO DO IT OR FIND ANOTHER JOB , EMPLOYEES ARE GETTING SEPERATED FROM THERE FAMILIES FOR A MONTH , WRITING PEOPLE UP FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT IT. MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT HAPPY, HARD ON THE FAMILIES , HARD ON THE BODY ,TECHS ARE MAKING MISTAKES WORKING ON CARS , THEY RECENTLY WROTE-UP 3 TECHS FOR LEAVING CALIPER BOLTS LOOSE, COULD BE DANGEROUS SITUATION. ALSO DOING COST CUTTING WHICH IN MY OPINION IS AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF THE CARS. I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM RIGHT NOW!
