Cartvertising Received $4,650 more than 3 months in advance for little if no advertising Englewood, Colorado

Cartvertising via Rob Roseman took $4,650 on December 22, 2010 in exchange for 20% advertising in three grocery stores on their buggies to commence March 1, 2011. When March 1, 2011 came around, only one store had advertising on it's buggies. Numerous efforts to contact the agent I had dealt with, Rob Roseman, resulted in only one response, "Don't worry about it". Rob goes by "Sunny Roseman" who has worked in broadcasting over a period of years.0 When headquarters was called, a person named "Yolanda" answered and said there was nothing on the contract indicating "when" the advertising was to begin! "Yolanda" then referred me to a "Tonisha" who is supposedly in charge of everything. The typical run-around. This group is a joke and a supreme scam! Rob Roseman lacks self respect for failing to answer my calls and telling me "not to worry about it". I'd like to see if he'd have the same reaction if it were his own money!
